General comments

Het toevoegen van aminoglycosiden wordt NIET aanbevolen

  • Behandelduur minimaal 14 dagen
  • Verzoek ICC infectieziekten, bij community acquired denk aan focusonderzoek middels PET/CT en echo cor
  • Indien er geen risicofactoren voor gecompliceerd beloop of bewezen ongecompliceerd beloop kan de dosering i.o.m. arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog/a-team verlaagd worden
  • Bij bewezen gecompliceerd beloop of bij intravasculair kunstmateriaal zie advies Endocarditis. Behandelduur dan 4-6 weken
