Evt. op geleide kweek en klinisch beeld na 2 wk ciprofloxacine po 750 mg 2dd
Ceftazidime als continue infuus: oplaaddosis 1000 mg, daarna 4000 mg als continu infusie
Eventueel toevoegen: gentamicine 5 mg/kg iv; 1-2 weken in overleg met A-team.
