General comments
Bij deze ingrepen wordt door de commissie geadviseerd om 2 g Cefazoline iv te gebruiken ipv de gebruikelijke 1 g dosering.
Bij galblaas en galwegchirurgie in prinicipe geen profylaxe geindiceerd tenzij vergrote kans op gecontamineerde gal (hoge leeftijd, immunocompromised patienten), bij acute cholecystitis, of status na interventie aan galwegen.
