Riamet® tabletten à 20mg artemether en 120mg lumefantrine.
≥ 35 kg: 4 tabletten op T= 0, 8, 24, 36, 48 en 60 uur
Priority:
 1st choice alternative 		Medication:

chloroquine po 10mg/kg 1dd 2 days

followed by

chloroquine po 5mg/kg one-off

General comments

Riamet innemen bij voorkeur met vet voedsel

Bij gebruik Riamet: Follow-up na behandeling geïndiceerd op dag 8 en 14 na start behandeling i.v.m. risico op post-therapeutische hemolytische anemie en op dag 28 na start behandeling i.v.m. risico op recrudenscentie
